Philippine Health Certificate for Traveling

I was wondering if anyone has any further information on flights leaving the Philippines and the Health Certificate.  Is this Health Certificate required for departures?  Where do you obtain it?   Thank you!

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

As far as I know you could get it from your local Municipal/City Health Office.

I'm surprised no one is talking about this in more detail.  Seems like this is going to be a requirement if you are trying to leave the Philippines.  We booked our tickets last week and this puts our travel plans at risk.  I'm hearing this affects more cities than just Lapu-Lapu City.

Thanks for the information! I might look into a travel agent. I know totally! I am so surprised that nobody is talking about this. If you have a flight in Manila and you live in Quezon City you have to the right travel documents or you won't be able to leave your immediate area. Awesome info!
