IRS CLOSURE TAX TRANSCRIPT SUBMISSION AT NVC PORTAL

Timeline

HELLO EVERYONE,

 

I-130 IS APPROVED AND NVC PORTAL FOR FINAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION IS OPENED. HOWEVER I HAVE SUBMITTED MY 2016-17-18 TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT BUT FOR 2019 I HAVE SUBMITTED 1040 FORM , I HAVE SUBMITTED MY TAX TO IRS STILL 1 MONTH PASSED AND IRS IS CLOSED. WHAT WILL HAPPEND AS I HAVE SUBMITTED 1040 FOR 2019 WITH A NOTE STATING CORONA VIRUS IRS IS CLOSED AN NO ONE KNOWS WHEN IT WILL OPEN.

Timeline

I didn't see a requirement that your tax return should be accepted by IRS. According to the instructions one can use 1040 you've sent to IRS with W2s/1099 instead of the transcript
