Hi all, my parents PD is May-23-2019 and went to Nebraska SC. Waited almost a year with no luck. Then the I-130 got transferred to Texas Service Center on  April-28-2020. My patience mostly depleted. Went to USCIS.gov to submit an inquiry for the cases outside of normal processing time so that the inquiry will bring up attention of USCIS, however, the website did not allow to with a reason that these cases are still within normal processing time...However, more and more cases with PD after May-2019 get approved...Can someone point me which actions I should do besides WAITING?

Thanks.

There is nothing you can do, everything is super backlogged now.  By the way, every cases are different (adjusters, background checks, workload...) so don't apply someone's timeline on yours, it is just a reference.

You should be close to approval. My I-130 went to Nebraska in Jan 2019 and it took 12 months to get approved. In meantime try to have all tax transcripts and civil documents ready for NVC.
