Courtesy Letter to Applicant - I-693 was not submitted

Hello all,

I am currently doing AOS from K1 and I received a 'courtesy letter to applicant' from USCIS today. It says that a completed and signed I-693 was not signed. However, when I did my medical in Germany in January, I only received the Vaccination Worksheet from the doctor, and I did submit a copy of that with my I-485 packet. Do I have to get my medical re-done? Is this a glitch with them and my Vaccination worksheet is enough?

It says to either bring the info to the interview once it is scheduled, or if I do not have to do an interview, I will get an RFE

TIA!

I-693 is not required if you met the vaccination requirements and the "medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition."
