Real Estate Appraisal for I-944

Anyone including real estate in the asset section (Page 6) of the I-944?  Instructions say to include a 'recent appraisal by a licensed appraisal" if you are listing real estate as an asset.

Anyone doing this?  If so, what kind of appraisal did you use (i.e. drive by appraisal, home check appraisal, etc.)?  Would love any feedback.

Thanks

it would be an appraisal done by a certified appraiser (all pages including the cover letter showing your name and the price u paid for it) /also needed is the most recent mortagage statement showing what is owed and/ or a second mortgage such as home equity.

most do not do it as they depend on income and/or joint sponsor
