SUBMIT CIVIL DOCUMENTS COLUMNS DOESN'T SHOW UP

Dear Guys,

I am immigrating under my approved I-140 approved petition.

I was filling my ds-260 together with my wife and submitted it and show completed.

As this is an employer based petition I don't need any affidavit of support fee.

For some reason ceac website doesn't show to me the possibility to submit the documents. (the column "civil documents" is missing)

Anybody experience this issue?

Is this related to the current situation?

I received my case number on the 25th of February.

Thank you

Regards

For weird stuff like that with the CEAC web site, try it using old fashioned Internet Explorer browser.  'Sometimes' that makes weird CEAC glitches go away.

Hi Sir how did you solve this case? We are on the same boat. Now I don't know If I should mail our documents or ask through Public Inquiry that would take time 😔 @Jean Silva @DEEPAK GUPTA please let me know how you did.

I had the same issue so I called NVC and the agent said this is because my case is processing by mail, not electronically. He gave me an address to mail the civil documents.
