Ok So I moved a lot in the last five years of my life. I need to add one more line to that listing but I am limited in space. I left off a temporary apartment I lived in for 6 months in 2002, is that wrong? If i need to list it, I will only be at 4.5 years and not 5!

Also, how do I show that the company I worked for merged with another to form a new name and address? lol..........ugh. Should I just put the old company name and address at the time of the start date?

I would just add the last residence on an additional sheet of paper. You don't want to leave any gaps in your dates.

Not sure about this one. If you know the dates when the merger happened then you could make your 'end date' the date when the old company name/address was officially changed to the new name/address and then the 'start date' for the new company name/address would be the day after. Don't know if this makes sense. Someone may come along with better suggestions/ideas .

I played around with it and got the employment section squared away, as for the addresses, there won't be a gap in time, just that I'm leaving out an address that I lived at temporarily but my mail went to the address I listed so go figure?

Well, if the addresses are fine and there are no gaps in your time then I don't see why you should have a problem.
