Problem with payment page on ustraveldoc?

Hi, I have completed the application on ustraveldoc but it doesn't bring me to the payment page. Instead it says :

Your Transaction Is Complete Please click "Printable Version", print the confirmation, and bring it with you to your interview.

 

How do I get the 16 digits virtual account number? Am i missing a step?

You don't pay the K-1 visa fee online. I don't know if it has changed recently, but K-1 applicants used to pay the fee in person on the day of the interview. The e-mail you received from the embassy should have included payment info & instructions.

Yeah i think you are right. we now have the option for EFT or pay it at CIMB bank. I think that is why it didn't bring me to the payment page.
