What would happen with my IV F22 case pending in AP for the decision of the consulate after the submission of the requested documents if the retrogression in my F2A category (CSPA protected child) occurred? The CSPA was applied to the case at NVC.

Hi guys! I have been to US Embassy in India for F2A visa interview (Son of LPR).I was issued a 221g for missing some documents in the Application.Post around 24days, I submitted all of the documents requested. It is now over 4 months and the consulate has come to no decision so far.I would like to let you know guys that CSPA was applied to my IV case during the NVC processing.later I got the interview. The question right now is that what would happen with my case if the retrogression in the VB occurred.Would I lose the eligibility of receiving F22 visa  forever under CSPA protection due to the VB retrogression?i have done all what was required. It is the US consulate delaying the decision on my case. Also, my passport is still with US consulate.

If retrogression occurs and your date is no longer current you lose CSPA protection regardless of whose fault it is
