Well you can go to the USCIS website and enter the NOA 1 number you got in the mail and it will tell you if there are any updates.

it says this, is this normal....

 

On October 28, 2019, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number , and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by November 27, 2019, contact the USCIS Contact

i had an ex that was a very spiteful person, she got me locked up for charges that were dropped but domestic violence, i mean full lies but it was about the divorce, can that be a issue in this process.
