Ok I am starting to panic now, making sure I have everthing for my K3 interview. Am I missing anthing?

- $100 USD Cash

- Appointment letter

- Original and photocopy of I-130 pkg

- Original and photocopy of I-129 pkg

- Passport

- Original and Copy of birth certificate

- Original and Copy of Marriage certificate

- Original and Copy of police certificate

- Original and Copy of I-134 form with copies of tax receipts from spouse, pay stubs, employment letter

- Copies of DS156 forms that were previously sent with pgk 3

- Copy of DS230 part 1 from previously sent with pgk 3

- Original copy of checklist previously sent with pgk 3

- Medical papers

- X-Rays

- 2 passport photos

- Express post envelope

Good checklist. I need to do the same for myself although mine is slightly different with the Cr-1.

Don't forget to bring another form of pic ID if you are flying because you won't have your passport when you go to fly home.

Your missing a couple of things there:

A) A strong seditive to get to sleep the night before at the hotel

B) Extra alarm clocks for the hotel, as you wont want to risk oversleeping

C) An extra pack of ciggarettes to chain smoke on the way to the consulate

D) A case of beer (or fav drink) for the celebration after!

heh... mabey we'll see you in Montreal, we'll be there all day monday.

I'm confused... and kind of worried now...

Doesn't the Consulate have the original package? We certainly don't.

As for copies, I am not sure we have a copy of the entire package either... we did talk about that but I'm not sure that my fiance copied everything. :( So what happens if we don't have a copy?

Or is this just for K3?

What is the original approval is that the NOA2? We didn't receive an NOA1 and didn't get any type of I129 approval form back just got the NOA2 from the NVC

What is the original approval is that the NOA2? We didn't receive an NOA1 and didn't get any type of I129 approval form back just got the NOA2 from the NVC

I have copies and original of birth certificates, Death certificates the NOA2, I- 134 copies of the G325A But no copy of an I 129 approval form I don't think they sent us that and I'm in Montrel next week

Im curious... did your packet 4/interview letter specifically say to bring copies of all documents you used to apply for your I-129F?

That is did it say to bring in a copy of G-325A G28 I-129F applications?

How come my packet 3 never mentioned anything of the sort? Don't they ALREADY HAVE the I-129F stuff?
