Hello how are you?  My name is Isabel and I am committed to my beloved who is American.

 And the emabajada called me to tell me that the email they send to schedule the interview takes between 5 and 7 weeks

 .... How long did it take you?

 And how long does it take from VISA programming to the interview?

I haven’t got the email yet, but looking to another VJ members it seems like it takes around 4 weeks for them to send it. Hopefully soon I’m gonna get mine. 
other VJ member sent me the instructions if you need it just let me know

We're about a month behind you so I've been looking at your timeline.  We just got our NVC number today.

 

A few questions:

 

1) Did you wait to submit your DS-160 or go ahead and file once you had your NVC #?

2) Did you go ahead and schedule your interview or wait until receiving the packet from the Embassy?  (Not sure if this would be by email or actual mail?)

3) About how far after receiving your NVC number did you receive the information from the Embassy?

I waited, once NVC sent my case to Bogota I waited  3 weeks and then filled it

In Colombia, you must wait. Then I had my DS160 filled and as soon as I got my P3 from the embassy in Bogota, I schedule my interview 

 

3) About how far after receiving your NVC number did you receive the information from the Embassy?

it took a month, my case was sent to Bogota Feb 4th and this week I got my P3

I would suggest to do the same, you can start filling your ds160 and wait for the instructions to arrived
