Hi all

For the interview does my spouse need to bring a copy of the i130 that was submitted, the i130 receipt, DQ receipt, etc? Do we need to be bringing anything related to the i130 (including affidavit of supports that we submitted with i130) or at this stage do they just want copies of whatever was submitted to the NVC? Thanks

No to copy of the petition. It’s in your file.

Yes to original personal documents that you submitted to NVC as a photocopy like your birth certificate, marriage certificate, police report etc so they can view the original and make sure it’s legit, not that they will likely doubt you.

The affidavit of support isn’t part of the petition. It should already be in the file from NVC
