NVC DQ my Brazillan police records

NVC approved allllll my documents expect those two darn Brazilian police records!!!! Apparently I got the wrong ones. We went to the Police department and got new ones and submitted them. Anybody recently have any docs rejected, and if so, how long before the NVC got back to your case? This one little piece of paper is killing me lol. I could have had an interview date already!!!!!
