Hey guys! My friend is going through some really rough time. Her status was updated to “interview was scheduled” but she never received the letter. They called the immigration service several times and they told her everything’s ok and she needs to just wait. So yesterday they got a message that their case was denied bc they didn’t show up for the interview which apparently happened a week ago. My friend and her husband called the USCIS and they said “our bad, here’s a number of a manager, call her tomorrow it’s gonna be fine”.

So today I woke up to her message saying “ok we called and they kept blaming postal services and saying it’s not their fault and that We had to call tai2 earlier (which we had no idea existed)”. My friend is 7 month pregnant which didn’t make the whole situation any better. I’m  so confused and frustrated over her case. What should they do now?
