I did some looking around and couldn't find my answer.  I'm hoping someone has had this experience before. Sorry if this is a repeat.

I recently (Nov 16, 2019) emailed AskNVC to request a change in interview location. I attached what I was told to by the call center. Well today I got a message from AskNVC saying to include my wife's local address and phone number then they'll make the change.

I didn't see any obvious instructions on how to reply. So my question is how to reply to the AskNVC. Do it like a normal email? Or do I need to send a new inquiry?

I'll probably do both. (I don't want to call NVC again). Thanks

You could only send through public inquiry form. Please also make it clear about that you want to change the interview location. Otherwise, they would just update address

NVC hates changing interview location request. They would try everythig do slow the process. My case was stuck there for more than 4 months and still was put on hold. They would use some kind weird requirements like requiring address and phone number update in order to put this hot potato to other agents.

Thanks for the info. I went directly to the AskNVC site to send the additional information.

Just to see what would happen I replied to the email. A few days later I got a message saying they only respond to emails/messages that come directly from the AskNVC site.
