I entered the US on a K1-visa. I am fully up to date on all of my vaccinations and there were no issues during the medical exam. Do I need to fill out an I-693 form and meet with a civil surgeon or do I just provide the proof I have without an I-693 form?

I've seen that I'm not required to submit an I-693 as long as I am fully vaccinated, with no medical issues and filing within one year. Is this correct?

No need for I-693 if the DS-2053 is marked complete.
