Upper Case/Capital Letter on Form i751 / Signature of ASC - Please Help with Filling the Form

I've filled out the i-751 form and compared it to the Sample sheet attached here in VIsaJourney. One thing that intrigues me is the Capitalization of the Last/Family name field on the filled Sample Form. I've searched and read through the instruction sheet and do not see a request for it to be in Upper case. Am I missing something?

  1. Is this a requirement?
  2. What else need to be in Upper Case?
  3. Can one fill the entire form in Upper Case?
  4. Page 6. Part 7. Acknowledgement of Appointment ASC Signature is automatically filled with Spouse name (By Adobe and Apple' preview on a Mac). Isn't this supposed to be Petitioner's name instead (Based on Title and Instruction sheet)? How does one sign this? With Initials? The auto Signature goes with F. M. LASTNAME format. Neither myself or my spouse have a middle name. After some extensive fiddling I managed to remove the erratic name from the field and left it blank to be Hand Signed/Written later. Would this be a problem?

I am filling the form on Adobe Acrobat with my trusty computer. So no handwritten form here... but ...

Also, I am having issues Typing "N/A", or "None" in certain fields; which I am planning to handwrite after printing them. This is what I've done on my i129f and i130 as well.

Just being cautious and seeking help from the experienced and experts here. Please take a moment to guide me in the right direction.

Thank You.

You are overthinking it.

The purpose of all caps, especially when hand writing it in, is for legibility and to avoid any confusion in being able to read it. For a typed form, it doesnt really matter, though for a more professional appearance, Either punctuate correctly (with capital letters where they apply) or use all caps.
