My interview is scheduled for Dec 24. It was scheduled by NVC and not by me.

The email did not mention I should register an address with 2GO.

Should I register with 2GO before or after the interview?

Your address is registered with the consulate,  not 2go

YMMV

Here is a link with info for the process with the embassy.  Under the I-130 section is a tab and links for registering delivery address.  There is also a tab for required documents for the embassy (complete all 5 steps)

Ok. It works now.
This is what happened.
I created an account and had a hard time updating my profile telling me that my profile details are an exact match to an existing one.
I tried to register a delivery address and again it said I have a previous profile made under the same email address but this time it gave me the option to use the first created account.
It asked me to upload my passport. 2 hours later I'm choosing a 2GO location for pickup.

So it seems like NVC automatically creates an account for you once they've scheduled your interview. Kinda silly they didn't inform me of it.

Is Mall of Asia still the fastest pickup location?

Thanks for that. I'm F11 though.

That is still an immigrant visa (I-130)  follow the link provided

Still have to register your delivery address, info is the same

Yes MOA is the quickest!   Normally 2GO MOA will have the visa ready for pickup about 3 days after ISSUED status   (Good choice for delivery ;)  )
