NOID on I-130

Hello everyone, please I need your advice. I received a noid on I-130 on August 18, 2019. USCIS explained in details what they intend to do on the case. We were given 30 days to submit a response which we did on September 17, 2019. It's 2 months plus now, we have not heard a feedback from USCIS. We submitted all the documents we have like lease agreement, Rental insurance, life insurance, 2018 joint tax all of this in both our name and we have 2 friends and my wife's mum testifying to the marriage by writing a letter  and we also submitted photos. My EAD has expired, not working and they don't renew if for me. Please, I need your advice. Thanks

No one can answer that. It takes as long as it takes. I have seen NOID's take 2 weeks and up to 8 months. Depends on what was submitted and what they need to investigate They just don;t take your evidence and approve. Now they investigate what they need to.

4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
6/19/2020: Notice Oath Ceremony scheduled
