I filed for my n-400 application today online Its our first and only marriage I got question has your spouse been previously married I answered no later on I downloaded my n400 application snapshot and with that I saw different question like how many times your spouse been married and in front of it answer is 0 I think answer should be 1 but reality is that I didn’t this question while doing n400 online nor I answered 0 will uscis reject/delay my application or will they send rfe? I am worried please help

The answer is correct. 

how many times your spouse been married before should be 0. Your marriage is current, so you answered right. No need to panic, you will not receive any RFE. If they have any questions or you want to correct any information, they will allow you to do that during the interview. So you are all good. 

The immigration process caused me PTSD.
