Hello, I have a question. My situation is that I tried to apply for a green card with my US citizen wife. Problem is, I did political asylum 2011 and was denied and had an order for removal, and overstayed that by 7 years. Now when we try to apply, any attorney we speak to tells us that it's a big risk when we apply for the i130, and that I will possibly be deported. I just want to find out if it's any chance to have this fixed? Also I'm almost 10 Years in the US with no criminal record or any bad record. Also paying taxes and living a typical community life. Can I-601 help in this or any recommendations  please?.. Thank you!!!
