Finding out if montreal has received case.

Hello,

2 weeks ago the NVC said they have forwarded my case to the montreal embassy. In the forum there have been posts that mention calling DOS to see if Montreal has received the case and send out packet 3 but that number supplied says its no longer valid. Is there a new number to call? Want to send my packet 3 as soon as possible but don't want to send it too early.

Does your CEAC status say READY?  Wait 2 weeks, then send packet 3.
