My wife's interview is scheduled for November 13th. The Lima embassy sent an email last week which included a request for a missing document:

 

2.     Debe de escanear en el sistema los siguientes documentos faltantes (ver documento adjunto sobre cómo escanear los documentos en el sistema😞

-          Partida de Matrimonio emitida o certificada por RENIEC.  Si usted se casó en algún otro país, igualmente la partida debe ser original. (frente y reverso)

 

FYI - the attachment they refer to was related to AOS docs and did not include any guidance regarding 'scanning onto system'

 

 

We already uploaded our marriage certificate to CEAC during NVC stage and it was accepted. Why would they request we "scan the document onto the system"? Do they mean the online CEAC website?

 

She will bring the original to the interview but this is very strange
