USPS never delivered AOS

Hi guys,

 

I've sent my AOS package with the I-485, I-765 and I-131 on October 25th through USPS, and I'm very concerned about it, it's been 11 days since it's been sent and the last update I have from them was from October 29th, I don't even know what to do at this point, yesterday I called the USPS and created a case, a person from USPS Chicago called me this morning and told me they are working to get any more updates on the delivery of my package and will call me back in 24 to 48 hours, I sent the $1225 fee in form of Western Union money order and it hasn't been cashed yet, so I'm assuming it either got a huge delay and they haven't updated anything on their system or either it got lost in one of the USPS facilities, worst case scenario is that it was lost somewhere else, what do you guys think I should do? By the way, I sent another package this same day to New York, and it got delivered in October 28th (the estimated date was the same for both packages).

Sounds like you have done about everything that you can at the present time. Now, you will have to let USPS investigate the case of the missing applications. I hope for your sake that the issue is resolved promptly to your satisfaction.

Quick update, this morning I received text messages from USCIS, it was delivered on the 28th, looks like USPS never updated it.
