Hi all, we're nearing the end of filing the initial petition, I'm so happy!

First Q - Using evidence beyond 2 years ago:

Should I be including information that goes beyond two years ago to show proof of our ongoing relationship and intent to marry? I proposed 2.5 years ago and my fiancee and I went on a trip to NZ, which is valuable proof of our relationship, but it's too old! I'm creating a timeline with photos, receipts, and travel document and I'm wondering if it would hurt to put a few things like our travel to NZ that go further back than two years?

Second Q - Using Airbnb itineraries with a nickname:
We're using Airbnb itineraries as evidence of our travels. When my fiancée created her Airbnb account she used a fake name - shining, so all of our itineraries don't have her real name. If i put the nickname "shining" on page 4 part 2 question 10 a-c , "Other Names Used" (see below) will that suffice, or do I need a legal document stating this is a nickname of hers? Mind you, she ONLY uses it for Airbnb.

1.) It doesn't hurt to add something that is older. I had added a picture or two from when we met 7 years prior when we were basically teenagers. Then I showed how we have grown together since then with newer pictures.

2.) She may have signed up using a fake name, but the real name had to be attached to the credit card. Look at the payment history and that should match up.

There is no need to include evidence that is older than 2 years ago. USCIS doesn't want to read you life history and love story in detail, except from 2 years ago to present. Look at the VJ K1 Step-by-step Visa Guide: https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide/ . In there they describe in detail the types of evidence that is necessary. You would do well to try to include a good mix of all of the types of evidence examples. Here is a USCIS link on how to assemble your masterpiece: https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips . Put all of your old evidence photos, etc. in a scrapbook suitable for placement on your coffee table.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
