Hi 

 

what are the options for children who have aged out 

 

US citizen has i130 for her brother and family with kids in 2007 when kids where 15, 

fast forward to 2019 their embassy letter came.

 

now some of the kids are like 28 or 29 

what are the options for them 

will the embassy give any chance for them

There are options but they involve more wait, when the parents get green cards they can file F2B petitions for the aged out kids, will probably take 5-7 years, they must remain unmarried.
