question about shortcut in names

Good morning, i wanted to be sure about this, i searched online and here but maybe keywords were not helping me

regarding my wife's name in her passport

 

for example [Given name] [Second name] [Third name] [Family name] 

let us say :    ONE TWO THREE FOUR

 

In Arabic, the middle name is written in full, but in English is it written as this : One T. T. Four

in the DV lottry application it will as for Last First then middle name, in the middle shall i write it as T. T. as the passport or write it in fully ?

Use the name as written in PP, especially if you're playing DV.
