So the NVC cleared the 129 and sent it to the embassy in Jakarta. Been at least a month now. She hasn't had any notice from them. Should one of us contact them or does it just take a bit of time to process at Embassies?

No harm in contacting the embassy.  We waited about a month before contacting and we got a response right away from them.
