Hello!

I'm right now in the middle of filling the DV lottery form for my stepdaughter, and I have a question. One her travel passport, her name and middle name are written in Russian, but only her first name translated into English. I'm stuck in the passport information, and debating if I should mark the option of "no middle name" in her passport information, or still write her middle name even though is it not written in English.

Any pointer will be greatly appreciated.

Transliterate all the names for entry - the name on entry must match the passport.  Which must match birth certificate if she gets selected, etc.
