I'm about to submit docs to NVC for my Stepdaughter (the Beneficiary) and just wanted a quick sanity check to prevent further issues down the road since we were delayed by 4 months between USCIS/NVC:

Financial:

(0) I-864EZ (I am using my income to sponsor her)

(1) 2018 Federal 1040 Tax Return

Civil

(0) Petitioner (Me) Birth Certificate

(1) Beneficiary (Stepdaughter) Birth Certificate

(2) Beneficiary Photo

(3) Petitioner Passport Bio Page

(4) Beneficiary Passport Bio Page

(5) Petitioner Marriage Certificate

(6) Biological Father Permission Letter

From what I can tell, this should be enough. The bolded (6) was not listed as required but I can't imagine it would hurt since she needs it at the interview anyways. Stepdaughter is under 16 so no issues with police clearances, military service etc.

Thanks so much, it's been a grueling process!
