Question about DV Lottery

Hi everyone!

Just a question. My wife and I are planning to submit her daughter's DV lottery application. We are in FL, and she is in Russia.

Can we fill her application for her in FL, with all the required information?  Should we put in her current address in Russia (the address info states "in care of")?

We already have a family-based visa in process for her, would applying for the DV lottery affect that process in any way?

Address in Russia

and yes,  you can fill it out for her /make sure you print out the confirmation page as you need that to check the drawing

and you can apply even with the other visa application /  it has no effect on the other visa application
