Interview to be rescheduled due to change of address

Hi guys! Here's a brief timeline of my marriage-based case:

• 12/28/2018, case ready to be scheduled for an interview 
• 4/15/2019, submitted change of address 
• 9/9/2019, interview scheduled for 10/16/2019 under old address's jurisdiction 
• 9/19/2019, submitted change of address again (lawyer had suggested me to reschedule the interview)
• 9/24/2019, Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

 

It took 9 months to schedule the interview. I moved from Irvine to San Mateo in CA. My question is, given that my case has probably been transferred to the local jurisdiction, San Francisco I assume? Is it going to take as much time as the processing time suggests (18-26 months) in the area, or my case will take priority given it's a rescheduling?

May I ask how you changed your address? Online, mail or by phone?
