My wife and I received an RFE for our jointly filed I-751 application. The USCIS is only asking for our marriage certificate. Should we be worried and submit additional evidence, just in case? If so, what else should we send? We have already sent the following:

  • Joint leases 
  • Auto insurance and health insurance
  • Joint bills
  • Affidavits from three people
  • Travel itineraries
  • Photos from our wedding

If you were married in China, you need to send the white book notarial certificate of marriage

We sent the requested marriage certificate, as well as some additional evidence via UPS on Thursday, September 19th. We received notification that the USCIS received it on Friday. How long would it take for our case to be updated online?

Our case was updated to "New Card is being Produced" on October 7th. We are so happy, but can't wait until we receive it.
