You don’t need to put any address in the letter. But if you insist google “American consulate Rio de Janeiro” it should give you the address

You don't need a second letter. It's a good idea to have your copy of the original submitted with the i129f. It is required for the beneficiary to bring the sworn statement that is available on the consulate website. The website gives you pretty much the same information that the consulate will send you when your petition arrives in Rio from NVC
