My oath ceremony has been scheduled and the letter says I can only bring one guest but both my parents want to come. When I went to my husband's ceremony at Faneuil Hall the letter said one guest and multiple people brought entire families and no one seemed to check or care.

Any experiences?

My oath ceremony occurred 13 years ago (Jan 06) in Milwaukee and honestly, I don't know whether or not it is a new requirement this 'one guest only'. I took six guests with me.

I don't think you will have any problem if you take more than one.

Applying for my wife - Here is the timeline:
03/04/19 - Forms 485,130 and 765 received.

04/04 - Biometric
07/16 - RFE issued by USCIS (asked for the 2018 Taxes)
08/13 - Evidences received by USCIS
08/26 - Interview was scheduled
10/02 -  New card is being produced.

Total time: Approx 7 months.
