Hello, Im on an esta visa here for two months and me and my boyfriend dicided to get married next week! We habe one month left to do this first steps and im trying to do as much a head as i can just to be sure to do all in time.

I printed all the forms and try to fill them up but i have some questions left and i was hoping that you can help me with them. Whatever answers will be highly appriciated!

1. As i have esta, am i a waived through, visitor or a b2 status right now?

2. I hold two nationalities and i got in here every time with the European one, but i was born and raised and have current adress from other nationality. Should i send both passports with the forms?

3.when should we open a joint bank account? Before or after the marriage?

4. Can my sponsor be a friend who earn enough but has a green card?

5. What happens if we send all the forms and documents after my visa is expired?

6. Should we print and send different photos of us with the forms?

7. Do we need to send forms i130a, i483a and g28 too?

8. I really dont understand in form i765 parts 27 to 31 what is my eligibility category and what is it in general.

9. My boyfriend is us citizen. In form i485, when they ask if my spouse is applying with me, what should i answer?

10. As we live with his family, should we send a notarized letter from them saying this with all the forms?

11. In the forms when they ask for a travel document number, is it additional to the passposrt like my visa number? Or is it instead the passport in some cases?

I thank you so much in advence !
