My spouse is here on K3 visa & I'm applying for adjustment of status. On form I-485 under part 2, where it says:

I am applying for an adjustment of status to permanent resident status because:which option should I pick? a, b or c?

Also on Part 1 what should I write on A# (if any) should I write the A# was given to her on I-94 when she entered the country or leave that blank?

anyhelp will be greatly appreciated!

We have the same question as far as the Part 2 - we're not sure what to answer for K-3.

As far as the alien # we were told the following yesterday:

"A# may possibly be on the Receipt Notice for your I-130 for him, will likely be on the Approval Notice for the I-130 (if it's been approved), may possibly be on his visa in the comments section under his photo, and should be written on his I-94 card."

I-130 Filed - Sept. 15, 2006

If I recall I put C 9

A# will be on the I-130 approval, sometimes on the visa and sometimes they write it on your I-94.

Try not to leave blanks on the paperwork, if it is not applicable just write none or N/A whichever is correct for that question.

desi,

Your spouse (not you) is applying for adjustment of status on the basis of an approved I-130 petition.

Yes, she should put her A# on any application or petition where it is asked for.
