I received the approved NOA 2  but it says "it has been noted this is your second approved I-129F petition as such,  and has entered into a multiple visa petition database"

I actually submitted I-129F  before but me and my ex spouse, canceled it and just married when she was here visiting and went through adjustment of status process..        but whats worse is I actually totally forgot and on this current I-129F under the question asking if i submitted/denied/revoked the application i checked the NO box,,    what should i do the letter says approved but?       but also says i had a previously approved I-129F and thats not accurate
