Hi guys,

After 10 weeks of AP in Montreal, I received this email today. It seems vague. I'm not sure how to take it. Thanks for any input.

Good afternoon,

According to our records, the Consular officer has reviewed Mr. ****** case and provided instructions to continue processing this immigrant visa application. In August 29, 2019, the Visa unit mailed Mr. ****** such instructions and his Canadian passport.

Regards,

It says today they mailed you instructions what they need or what to do with your passport. Wait until you get the mail and I am sure it will be more clear.
