Cr1 interview went really well today.

I got there as early as possible bcos my appointment was 7:30,but I was almost two hours early . At 6:35,we were asked to join the que and went through the security checkups.

I did my fingerprints and gave my documents to the Ghanaian lady who was very rude to me,but I didn't allow her mood to affect me anyways. I was called to window 12,and the following questions came up from the consulate:

How re you doing:

Who filed for you?

How did you meet your wife?

What do you want to be doing in the USA?

Congratulations, welcome to AMERICA'.

She didn't look at my documents and even proofs the Ghanaian lady refused to take.not even the W-2 and tax transcripts.she was so calm.

Just be confident and speak the truth.u will surely be approved in Jesus name

Hi,

My fiance is in Ghana and his k1 interview did not go well a few daya ago.  There was no interview dates prior to the expiration of our approved petition and the Consular said he was ineligible after 3 questions.  The letter he was given said due to section 221g and it mention the 4 month rule but it isn't our fault.  We put in a complaint before the Consular could have revalidated it but we dont know if he was carelesa or he felt something was wrong.  I am sick and devasted because of the possibility of being without him for a long time.

We probably won't hear anything until next week from why the Consular didnt revalidate for another 4 months.

I am concerned about switching the CR1 taking so long or this happening again or going thru this K1 issue and they send it all the way back to USCIS...smh.  Do you have any input on issues in Ghana or our situation?  I would really appreciate any guidance.

Thank you
