Few questions about AOS.

1. What happened when they deny you on your interview for AOS? Can you re apply or do you get deported on your previous country of residence?

 

2. Will there be an impact on your application if you didn't apply for EAD and AP?

 

3. I still have one month left before my I-94 expires, and we're still waiting for our marriage certificate to be released. Is this going to be an  enough time for our AOS NOA1 because as I've read here, your NOA1 is like an extension so you can stay here in the US, lawfully.

1. If denied, and you have no legal status (as would be the case after 90 days on entry from a K-1 visa), you are subject to deportation and accruing unlawful presence. Depending on the cause of denial, you may be able to just refile since you are the spouse of a USC. If they send an NTA as well as denial, then the I-485 would be submitted to the immigration court instead. They would then determine what to do next in removal hearings.
2. No negative impact....but there is not a single good reason not to send them. There is no extra fee for them.
3. The NOA1 is evidence of your period of authorized stay. Until you have that, if you properly filed, you would still have authorized stay but no way to demonstrate it.
