Just called USCIS and request to speak to a tier 2 officer for a case review,  have to call on Monday 8am.

Is the petition still in Manila?  If so,  you need to stop it from being returned.   Once it goes back there is no chance for a review

I agree with that ... contact the embassy, catch the case file while still at the embassy.

 

I thought when you said consular review that you would be contacting the embassy ..

Thats what I did called uscis  this morning told them USEM manila is going to send back my k1 petition without giving me a reason why, I need a review on my case.

I tried contacting the embassy yesterday they wont let me speak to the CO, just told me to wait until it gets to USCIS.

Hmm.   I don't hold much hope once a case file is returned.   I know of only one case file that was reviewed and returned to the embassy, I know of many more that "died on the vine" once returned to USCIS.

 

You will need to know what caused the red flags in order to overcome them

You are "screwed" if it goes back to the uscis.   Immediately send and email to the IV unit in Manila requesting an immediate review by the consulate general. 

 

 I assume you have had a detailed debrief with your fiancee about what happened during the interview.   Have you made any conclusions as to where the interview could have failed?
