You didn't even put the year?  Odds are you will get an RFE as a waiver is required if you file a 2nd time within two years, without a date they don't know that it has been over two years.  IMHO

I was thinking if i should put atleast the year but then i thought about they won't accept it. I hope i don't get an RFE. It will take more time for them to approve the papers.

If you get an RFE at least you will know when they start to work on your petition.  Usually after your submit the requested documents the approval doesn't take long.

I hope so, the estimated date that this site gave me is sept 13 if i don't get an RFE. If i get one i hope it will stay the same month to approve our papers.
