Hi all, please i had my k1 interview on 18th July 2019 and the CO hand in blue sheet 221g for additional document. When i check my status update it shows Refused. I have submitted the required documents through the courier company the embassy sent me via email and when i called the courier company to confirm if the documents had been delivered ,was told yes since 6th August. But when i checked my status update today 15th August 2019 and it shows it was updated today,under the immigrant visa status, still showing Refused. Could anyone share their story on this please.

Depends on the size of the queue in front of you,  could easily be 2 to 4 weeks

Thanks Payxibka for your reply. Please do you know why my status CEAC still on Refused despite sending in the additional documents requested by the CO since 2nd August 2019 and i confirmed they received it at US embassy in London on 6th August 2019.My status was updated today 15th August 2019 but still on Refused.

My guess would be they opened/ logged receipt of your response and married to your file and moved it to a CO for review
