DCF London - How to send RFE Documents to London?

Hi all, DCF London here.

My husband had his immigrant visa interview at the US Embassy in London recently.  We have to send in additional documents after this.  We just received the instruction email from the Embassy on how to do so using their courier service.  We are in the Scottish Highlands and our nearest courier drop-off point is 3.5 hours away!  Do we really have to go 3.5 hours just to drop off documents for them to then be mailed to London?  Is there really no other option?

The only way to contact London seems to be through their online contact form, and I still haven't had a response from the last time I used it (querying whether I actually need to send in this document... apparently tax extensions are no longer allowed, FYI).  So it seems faster to just go to Glasgow than try to get in touch with them on the online contact form (we want to get this done as quickly as possible at this point).

I feel like I must be missing something as having to go to a courier drop-off point 3.5 hours away just seems silly.  Has anyone else had to do this lately?  Are there any other options??
