Hi Guys,

 

We filed May 2018 and I needed a cosponsor since I was still going to school at the time.

 

I got a good paying job at 70k per year in September 2018 and we received our interview appointment in July 2019 for August 21, 2019.

 

My mom is the co-sponsor, I'm wondering if i can just be the main sponsor by brining in an updated I-864 form with supporting documents, or do I still need my mom's stuff?

03/28/17: Mailed I-129F Application via USPS Priority Mail to Texas Lockbox

Yes, a new I-864 can be presented at the interview so you can be a sole sponsor, if you are deemed satisfactory on your own.

I hope I'm deemed satisfactory.

 

I've been at that job for 10 months now.

 

My 2018 taxes was $31,807 as well, compared to 2017 being at $18,000
