K1 Visa, Medical Exam for Adjusting Status

Hi everyone,
Thanks again to everyone that has helped us thus far. My wife entered from China on a K1 visa, which she needed a health check to apply for. During the health check (Overseas) she said she'd get her vaccines filled out in the US. She arrived here and we followed the instructions on the 693 for her adjustment of status packet, going to a civil surgeon only filling out sections 1,2,3,4,6, and 9. A few Civil Surgeons we called indicated that they would not *only* do the vaccine form, that we'd need to do the health check together to make an appointment, but we eventually found one that would. The Civil Surgeon noted she only needed MMR, Varicella, and Tetanus which she got from the Civil Surgeon themselves when filling out the paperwork. She recalls the border agent ripping something at the border after stamping her passport. I am wondering if anyone has had a similar situation (health check in foreign country, vaccines in the US) and what was the end result. We are worried because she is from China maybe they won't accept that health check, we are not sure of the specifics.

THANK YOU ALL!

The medical examination overseas is always performed at USCIS approved clinics. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been granted a visa or entry into the US. So that "health check" from China should be accepted.

The packet opened during her admission, is her K1 file, and includes the medical examination.

She should have a copy of form DS-3025 -vaccination records- that was handed to her after the medical examination. That DS-3025 from China and the I-693 from the US the civil surgeon filled out and signed, should be included in your AOS packet.
