I am an April 2019 Filer Through the Washington DC field Office. My Wife US Citizen is employed with the US Government and is station at Embassy abroad for 100 days. I am with her outside the US for 100 days while my N400 is processed. Will this cause any problems for me?

Not ordinarily. The overall pattern of your absences from the US matters, but single trips less of than 6 months each are not on their own considered to disrupt continuity of residence for naturalization purposes.
