We applied for my wife waiver in October of last year. however we never received our biometrics notice.

After inquiring about never receiving the biometrics letter we received this response.

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver, to notify us that you have not received a Biometrics Appointment Notice. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
The type of I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver,I-765 application you submitted does not require biometrics. Therefore, you will not receive a Biometrics Appointment Notice.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
Is this normal? I thought everyone had to do biometrics?
She does not have daca, or done any biometrics in the past.
